How Weekly Cashback Works
hot VIP weekly cashback is calculated every Monday. Your total winnings for the week are subtracted from your total amount wagered to arrive at your net loss, and cashback is paid on that amount at the rate for your tier. For example, if you are on the Bronze tier and your net loss for the week is ৳5,000, you will receive ৳5,000 × 0.3% = ৳15.
The rate is higher on Silver and Gold, so you earn more cashback on the same net loss. Cashback is added to your account automatically — no separate claim is needed.
Keep in mind that cashback is not a way to recover losses — it is a small gesture of appreciation from hot. Play within your budget in line with our responsible gaming policy.
This is the maximum cashback at Silver tier. On Gold tier, the same net loss would give you ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.
